PEARLS

PEARLS (Program to Encourage Active Rewarding Lives) is a national, evidence-based program that works to reduce depression and social isolation in older adults.

PEARLS educates older adults about depression and helps them develop the skills they need for self-sufficiency and happier lives.

This workshop takes place in 6-8 sessions over the course of four to five months and allows for coordination with their current health care providers.
