Fridays, April 25 to May 30, 8:45am to 9:45am, In Person @ Whitney Mindful Meditation provides mindfulness meditation training to individuals who want to develop tools to work with challenging mind states known as hindrances, and cultivate consistency of practice when facing difficult challenges in life including pain, stress, anxiety, trauma, grief and chronic illness. Held on Fridays for 7 consecutive weeks.
